Motivation is the ability to be able to think, act and do things in all ways in the positive sence and staying away and avoiding all things that are considered to be on the negative sense. It is all about setting a goal for what-ever your heart desires and going for it. You need to do (1) Self Discovery, (2) Develope What you have Discovered, (3) Breaking It Up Into Steps, (4) Go For It, One Step At A Time and not Jumping Those Steps otherwise you can fall and have to start all over again and always Think and Do Everything In The Positive Sense And Never In The Negative Sense. This Part Is Called Putting It Into "ACTION". "Do Not Deviate Or Allow Your-Self To Be Distracted From Reaching Your Goals", Otherwise you will shurely fall and have to start all over again.
